INTRODUCING JACOB YOFFEE

Award-winning composer, Jacob Yoffee is currently the Resident Composer for the American Studio Orchestra. He was awarded a 2016 ASCAP Screen Music Award for his work on ‘Finding Carter’, a one-hour drama on MTV and is currently scoring Disney’s upcoming ‘Andi Mack‘ series by Terri Minsky, the creator of Lizzie Mcguire.  Recently he has worked on the trailer campaigns for Pirates of the Caribbean : Dead Men Tell No Tales, Star Wars : The Force Awakens & Rogue One : A Star Wars Story. He is known for his work on Showtime’s award-winning ‘Time of Death’ series, Delirium, starring Emma Roberts and the WIGS series Blue, Christine & Celia, directed by Rodrigo Garcia and starring Julia Stiles, Dakota Fanning & America Ferrera.

As a feature film composer Jacob has scored over twenty feature-length projects. In 2013 he scored Pawn, an action-thriller starring Oscar-winner Forest Whitaker, Ray Liotta, Michael Chiklis & Common and A Resurrection, a horror picture starring Mischa Barton and the late-great Michael Clarke Duncan.

His music has been featured in the trailer campaigns for Star Wars : The Force Awakens, Disney’s The Jungle Book, Pirates of the Caribbean : Dead Men Tell No Tales, Rogue One : A Star Wars Story, Spielberg’s The B.F.G., Kubo & the Two Strings, The Hobbit : Desolation of Smaug, X-Men : Days of Future Past & The Chronicles of Riddick.
